I am the managing director of Petricore Solutions. We have a coreyard located in Kalgoorlie where we offer a variety of diamond core processing services to mining companies across WA. We also have a contract team of field geologists and field assistants, who have a lot of experience working in coreyards and on drilling/sampling programs all over Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Petricore Solutions was started to service the junior exploration companies needing a place to process diamond core without wanting to spend thousands on establishing their own coreyard and team. Petricore has since grown to service not only small exploration companies but also large mining companies needing to clear their backlogs quickly. Alongside this our field team was established to help fill the void of staff shortages, train inexperienced staff and manage short term drilling programs where full-time staff were not required. Working at Petricore Solutions means I have been exposed to many exciting challenges as we have to adapt our processes for each individual client. It has also given us the opportunity to work on a range of different commodities and software.
